A rehearsal dinner often sets the tone for your nuptial event. A formal dinner following a boutique wedding where the couple exchange vows makes that special day unforgettable. The Pasfield House is that special place to weave the bonds of connection with cherished memories that last a lifetime.
The Pasfield House owner Tony Leone and his staff will create a very memorable formal style rehearsal or wedding day dinner for up to 50 individuals. The Capitol View room transforms into an elegant dining room. The bride and groom often seat facing the group at a table of honor with their best man and maid of honor. The head table dais is beautifully adorned with a flower arrangement. The tablecloths and napkins throughout the room are noticeably a grade above hotel linen. The gleaming white matching plate ware sits upon silver chargers that compliment the elegant beaded continental flatware. No inexpensive lightweight table service at the Pasfield House! To further dress-up each place setting, we’ll even place individual salt and pepper shakers.
We’ll customize your menu choices to set the stage for a perfect evening. Whether your desires include the crisp, the classic, or the relaxed with a twist, our chef will present an array of delights, served with flair. We’ll help you personally select wines and champagnes to toast the evening, the event and the future.
The rehearsal dinner is usually the couple’s first event that begins the wedding journey. The Pasfield House can help you arrange festivities that are magical, intimate, and unique with your personal signature evident in every detail. Some couples prefer a casual setting; we’ve often helped organize rehearsal dinners for more relaxed outdoor gatherings. Any way you choose, the Pasfield House helps bring together your nearest and dearest to celebrate your new life together.
Surrounded by elegance, your guests will appreciate that you’ve seen to a dinner that displays grace and glamour, an evening to be remembered. After all, our motto at the Pasfield House is “Hospitality in a Grandeur Way”.
