RATES ARE FOR A 4 HOUR EVENT AND WOULD INCLUDE ALL YOUR TIME NEEDED FOR PREPARATION AND DECOR

Event Rental gives you access to all main-floor interior and exterior spaces of your choosing!

The Gilded Room

The Gilded Room is the prime interior event space at Pasfield House. Featuring French Doors that grant access to the Veranda and East Courtyard, the Gilded Room is the epitome of historic elegance. This room alone can accommodate up to 60 guests seated or a cocktail reception for up to 80 guests.

Main Floor

The First Floor of the house includes the Gilded Room, Parlor Lounge, Library Lounge (where you can find our hidden away house bar), and two multi-purpose foyer areas. This combination of rooms can seat up to 100 guests and host up to 170 guests for a cocktail reception. You'll find historic charm in every corner of these rooms.

Exterior Spaces

Entertain your guests inside and out with our beautiful outdoor spaces with the backdrop of the Illinois State House. Spaces include the relaxed covered Veranda, East Courtyard, West Lawn, and Red-Brick Entry Patio.

Helpful Information

Candles

All candles must have an enclosed flame or be electric.

Animals

The only animals permitted on site are those who are registered service animals.

Security

Pasfield House does not have on site security. Security guards must be hired by the client for events serving alcohol and over 75 guests.

Accessibility

The first floor of Pasfield House is fully ADA accessible. Guest room floors are only accessible via stairs.

Restrooms

There are two single restrooms located inside the Pasfield House on the first floor. For large outdoor events, additional restroom trailers can be provided at additional cost.

Parking

Pasfield House has a total of 25 parking spaces.
Additional parking is available at the public lot across the street at no cost.

Tables & Chairs

Pasfield House has an inventory of tables and chairs. They may all be utilized by the client at no additional cost. Current inventory: (52) brown Chiavari chairs, (7) gold Chiavari chairs, (100) antique Snyder folding chairs, (8) 5’ round tables, (13) 4’ round tables, (21) 4’x2’ rectangle tables , (10) pub tables

The Pasfield House is a historic boutique hotel and event venue conveniently located in downtown Springfield, Illinois. We will roll out a unique red carpet treatment with serene indoor or outdoor surroundings, on-site catering and bar, while you sit back and enjoy the full personalized experience of your event.
